  2. Telehealth:Licensed providers offer online consultations. No medical advice is given until a formal provider-patient relationship is established.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming or Atlanta, Georgia.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will post changes on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
