If your BetterYu plan is clinically appropriate for you, you’ll authorize payment through a secure link to begin your program — your provider guidance, personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, patient portal, and wearable tracking. When a provider determines a prescription wellness injection pen is right for you, it’s included and dispensed by our independent accredited pharmacy partner. If the program isn’t clinically appropriate for you, you won’t be charged.

A licensed provider reviews your intake and sends a second email with their decision — approved or not — and the clinical reasoning behind it. If you’re approved, that email includes your secure payment link. You’re only charged after you authorize payment.
