Justin Kitchens, FNP-C, MBA
Justin Kitchens, FNP-C, MBA is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who practices in collaboration with a supervising medical professional. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Justin began his professional career in marketing after earning both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. After working in the corporate sector for five years following graduation, he realized his true passion was helping others improve their health and quality of life. This realization led him to pursue a career in healthcare, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
As a registered nurse, Justin gained valuable experience working in both critical care and psychiatric settings. These experiences inspired him to further advance his career, and in 2016 he graduated from Mercer University with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Justin has practiced as a nurse practitioner in both emergency medicine and psychiatry, where he developed a strong interest in functional and integrative approaches to patient care. Since 2022, he has focused on helping patients identify and address the root causes of their health concerns through a holistic, patient-centered approach. In addition to functional wellness care, he also practices aesthetic medicine as an injector.
A former collegiate athlete, Justin has a strong appreciation for physical movement, metabolic health, and performance optimization. His clinical philosophy emphasizes treating the whole person—supporting physical, mental, hormonal, and metabolic health to help patients achieve lasting wellness.
Justin is committed to lifelong learning and continues to expand his clinical expertise through ongoing education in functional and integrative medicine. He is actively pursuing advanced training in functional medicine to further enhance his ability to address complex health concerns using root-cause, systems-based approaches.
He will also be furthering his psychiatric expertise by pursuing a Post-Master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Katherine Gonzalez, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of the Yale School of Nursing. She brings over fifteen years of experience in primary care, with a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered medicine.
Katherine is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and is passionate about helping patients optimize their health through prevention, education, and personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals. She takes a holistic approach to care, focusing not only on treating conditions but on empowering patients to achieve long-term wellness.
She currently holds an active medical license in 33 states, allowing her to provide accessible, high-quality care to patients across the country.
